This wind chime was created as a commemorative item for the 900th anniversary of the construction of Chuson-ji Temple's Konjikido (Golden Hall), a World Cultural Heritage site. The design is based on the petal decorations found on the pillars that support the National Treasure Konjikido. The tanzaku (hanging strip) is a glossy commemorative model printed with the logo of Suzuki Morihisa Studio, which will celebrate its 400th anniversary in 2025.
