<How to use and care>
1) Tea trays and confectionery plates: If oil from confectionery or other substances gets on the items, wash them with hot water (at a temperature that allows you to wash them with your bare hands). Do not use a sponge, but wash by hand. Using a scrubbing pad or sponge will remove all of the black tooth paint and cause the paint to peel off and rust. After washing, press the item with a dry cloth to remove any moisture. The brown color of the black tooth paint will transfer to the cloth, so use a cloth that you don't mind getting dirty in advance.
2) Sukiyaki pot: It can be maintained in the same way as a regular iron pot or frying pan.
1. Do not use detergent. Rinse lightly with warm water and wipe off the water. (Use a soft sponge or a scrubbing pad; steel scrubbing pads will scratch the surface.)
2. Remove the water over high heat for a short time. *As soon as the water has evaporated, turn off the heat.
3. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil such as olive oil to the surface using tissue or kitchen paper.
4. Store in a well-ventilated place.
