"About Koyasan Conference" The "Koyasan Conference" is a "venue" for activities where experts from diverse fields such as science, art, philosophy, and religion, along with local governments and community members, collaborate to discuss, shape, and implement ideas on the ideal state of humanity with humaneness and ethics, looking 1200 years into the future. Furthermore, it is a platform to disseminate these activities from Koyasan, a World Heritage site, to the world. Morihisa Suzuki will participate in this talk session and exhibition. In 2025, Suzuki Morihisa Studio celebrates its 400th anniversary. We will be holding a commemorative exhibition in Morioka, the place where we have cultivated our craft for 400 years. Focusing on the works of Morihisa, the 16th head of the family, we will propose the "beauty of creation and utility" that changes with the times.
