Exhibition title: The 16th Suzuki Morihisa succession commemorative exhibition "The Way"
Venue: Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Building 6th floor Art Gallery Period: March 13th (Wed) - 18th (Mon) Last day until 5pm

This is the first exhibition by Suzuki Shigeo, the 16th generation master of the Nambu Ironware Workshop, Suzuki Morihisa Workshop, founded in Morioka in 1625. After graduating from Tokyo University of the Arts, Suzuki has had an unusual career as a graphic designer and illustrator for apparel brands, and is pleased to present over 40 new iron kettles and tea kettles that he has created with a modern sensibility using traditional techniques.
