Special Exhibition "Nambu Ironware Exhibition - Inheritance of Beauty and Skills"

This is an annual exhibition that brings together works from workshops in Morioka that produce Nanbu ironware.

Works by our company's 16th generation craftsman, Suzuki Morihisa, and two other craftsmen will be exhibited.

We will also be exhibiting the "Bell-shaped Iron Teapot," which won the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry President's Award at the National Traditional Crafts Exhibition, so please come and see it.

  • Admission fee

    Special exhibitions are free. * The following admission fees are required to view the permanent history exhibition room: 300 yen for adults, 200 yen for high school students, 100 yen for elementary and junior high school students. * 20% discount for groups (20 or more people). Free for those aged 65 or older who live in Morioka City, and elementary and junior high school students who live or attend school in Morioka City. Free for people with disabilities and their caregivers (up to one person per person with a disability).
